I live in Los Angeles. Was looking at the citrus fertilizer A bunch of reading I’d done suggests that I should fertilize 3x year and that’s what I’d been doing for the past few years. Seems to largely be working. I am considering switching to your fertilizer; looking at the sweet & sour one. It recommends 4/year application – can you please clarify whether that guidance is specific to your fertilizer for some reason or is it a general one where people choose to go 3/year or 4/year?

You can apply 3- or 4-times a year, our recommendation is to apply every 3 months. Keep in mind with citrus here in So Cal does not go dormant and are very active growing trees unlike apple, peach and other fruit trees that do go dormant for the winter and as crucial to few as often.
