Return Policy

 1. RETURNS 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or was damaged prior to shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Katie@DrEarth.com with details of the product and the defect/damage as listed below. 

All Refund/Return requests must include the following information via email or return: 

1) Details of the Product (Name, Size, SKU) 

2) Order Date 

3) PO/Invoice number 

4) Description of the defect/damage 

5) Picture(s) of the damage 

Upon notification of the damaged/defective product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 30 Days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, by issuing a credit to your account or by refund. 

Credits are not guaranteed. To check the status of a refund/credit request send an email to Katie@DrEarth.com. If credits are assumed and applied to future payments without approval from Dr. Earth, that amount will remain open and shown as outstanding on your account. 

2. EXCEPTIONS 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: 

1) Expired Products 

2) Damage to Products post-shipping 

3) Damages/Defective products without all the required information listed previously 

4) Damages caused in transit if shipping is paid for by Customer/Distributor/Retailer. 

5) Overstock items
